So, before even looking at TTD specifically, I'm thinking about the potential impact of Powell's dove or eagle stance on the entire high valuation sector. Next, I consider the concept of defensive rotation. Is TTD a defensive stock? Not typically. It's more of a growth play. This means if the market continues its defensive rotation instead of a full retreat, I need to be extra cautious with allocations to non-defensive assets. If Funding is a defensive rotation and investors are moving towards safer assets, a stock like TTD might not see strong buying pressure until market sentiment shifts. When it comes to my trading rhythm, I apply the "pullback support + breakthrough follow" method. For a stock like TTD, I'd identify key support levels. If it step back to undertake, I might consider a small entry, but only if it holds that support. The key here is to use support belt trial and error with small positions and have a breakthrough stop loss ready.
