「145cm 服 プチプラ」で探していると、可愛いのに“丈が長い・首元が開きすぎる・透けが気になる”ってことが多くて…。私が今回当たりだったのが、GRLのキャミソール付き波プリーツプルオーバー（¥999）の系統みたいな“高見えプリーツトップス”です。程よいシアーでオシャレに見えるのに、インナー込みで完結するのが本当にラクでした。 低身長の私が「使える！」と感じたポイントは3つ。 1) キャミソール付きで透け対策が簡単 シアートップスって可愛いけど、インナー選びで失敗しがち。最初からキャミソール付きだと、色合わせに悩まず“そのまま着て成立”します。キャミの長さも短すぎず、動いても安心感がありました。 2) 波プリーツで体型を拾いにくい プリーツの凹凸があると、のっぺり見えず立体感が出ます。骨スト寄りだと薄手トップスが苦手なこともあるけど、プリーツの陰影で高見えしやすいのが嬉しいところ。 3) 145cmでも「上半身コンパクト見え」しやすい 低身長がプチプラ服で盛れるコツは、上半身をスッキリまとめて目線を上げること。おすすめは、ハイウエストのボトムに前だけ軽くイン／短め丈の羽織を合わせる着方。トップスが軽やかだと重心が上がってスタイルがよく見えます。 色選びに迷ったら、まずはブラック・アイボリー（オフホワイ系）が着回しやすいです。甘めが好きならピンク、秋冬まで使うならブラウンやグリーンも◎。私は“顔まわりが明るく見える色”を優先すると、プチプラでも一気に高見えしました。 最後に、145cmのプチプラ服選びで私がチェックしているのは「首の開き」「袖のボリューム」「透け具合」。この3点を押さえるだけで失敗が減ります。同じ身長帯の方は、シアー×プリーツ×キャミ付きの組み合わせ、かなり頼れるのでぜひ候補に入れてみてください。
