The doctor told me dashed diet had no idea what the heck it was. All of a sudden, I learned that it lowers your blood pressure. It reset my whole gut I'm able to do things. I was not able to do and not cancel appointments, with family loved ones and going out.Going to the gym because of discomfort in my body that I would have.But now that I eat pure foods weigh less portions, not hungry. No desserts that are unhealthy. Have not had soda for 4 months. Can you believe that in all of my life? I never thought that I would divorce sodas, but I feel so much better. No white sugar, I use monkfruit.
I eat everything that gives me the fuel in my body. Electrolytes, protein fiber nutritions. No red meat, it's amazing.I am so grateful to this day all the water weight, all the information, all the swelling.My goodness, my three 3xs hang on me i can wear clothes that I had to put up for about 5 years.
