I picked up the dress from good will and painted the polkadot on it, it was way too big so I had to alter it. I put darts in the back so the fabric scrunches a little where the tail comes out. I made the Broach out of an old pin and the frame out of pipecleaners. Still waiting on my ears to come in but photos will be posted after halloweekend!
