Nurses to get up and walk, we try to get up slowly, have a little dark face, which is normal after a long period of sleep and medication, just get up slowly, don't rush, and get better, try to walk as much as you can.
There is a little fever in the evening, but the doctor said not to worry. It is normal after laparoscopic surgery, because during the dissection, CO gas is used ❣ into the abdomen. The body needs time to absorb it. It can cause a low fever on the first day. Anyone who is about to dissect like this, do not panic.

หลังจากที่ได้ผ่านการผ่าตัดส่องกล้องเคลียร์มดลูกและซีสต์เยื่อบุมดลูกผิดที่มาแล้ว ผมอยากเล่าประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ช่วยให้การฟื้นฟูเป็นไปได้ดีและคลายความวิตกไปได้มากเลยครับ ผมเองก่อนผ่าตัดเคยกลัวมากเลยว่าจะแสบแผลเจ็บปวด หรือท่อปัสสาวะตอนผ่าจะทรมานเหมือนที่ได้ยินมา แต่พอตื่นขึ้นมาแล้ว ความรู้สึกเจ็บแผลจริงๆ น้อยกว่าที่คิดมาก ยาที่หมอให้ช่วยควบคุมอาการเจ็บปวดได้ดี ทำให้ไม่ต้องทนทรมาน แถมพยาบาลก็ใจดีมาตรวจวัดความดันให้เป็นระยะๆ ซึ่งช่วยให้รู้สึกปลอดภัยไปอีก เรื่องท่อปัสสาวะซึ่งหลายคนกลัวนั้น สำหรับผมพยาบาลสวนท่อให้ตอนสลบเลยหมดกังวลไปเลย ตอนเช้าวันถัดมาเวลาถอนได้ แทบไม่เจ็บอย่างที่กลัวเลย และการพยายามปัสสาวะเองหลังถอดท่อสำคัญมากจริงๆ จะได้ไม่ต้องให้พยาบาลสวนใหม่ ต้องบอกว่าตอนนั้นก็พยายามสุดชีวิตเลยครับ หลังผ่าตัดวันถัดมา พยาบาลแนะนำให้ลุกเดินช้าๆ แต่พอตื่นตัวขึ้นแล้วหน้ามืดก็หายรวดเร็ว ระหว่างเดินพยายามไม่รีบร้อน เดินมากเท่าที่ร่างกายรับได้เป็นเรื่องดีต่อระบบไหลเวียน ส่วนไข้ตอนเย็นที่ขึ้นมาเล็กน้อยจากก๊าซ CO₂ ที่ใช้ในห้องผ่าตัดก็เป็นเรื่องปกติ ไม่ต้องกังวลเพราะจะหายไปเองในเร็ววัน สิ่งสำคัญที่อยากแนะนำสำหรับคนที่จะเข้ารับผ่าตัดชนิดนี้คือควรมีการเตรียมใจให้พร้อมและอย่าหวาดกลัวมากเกินไป เพราะการได้พูดคุยปรึกษากับทีมแพทย์และพยาบาลจะช่วยให้เรามั่นใจและลดความกังวลได้เยอะครับ นอกจากนี้การดูแลแผลที่ผ่าตัดด้วยความระมัดระวังและหมั่นเดินและเปลี่ยนท่าทางบ้างจะช่วยฟื้นฟูร่างกายได้เร็วขึ้น สุดท้ายนี้ ขอให้ทุกคนที่กำลังจะผ่าตัดได้ดีและฟื้นตัวเร็วๆ นะครับ โดยเฉพาะผู้ที่มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับเนื้องอกมดลูก หรือก้อนซีสต์ รวมถึงผู้ที่มีภาวะมีลูกยาก ขอให้ผ่านช่วงเวลานี้ไปได้ด้วยดีและมีสุขภาพที่แข็งแรงสมบูรณ์ขึ้นในเร็ววัน
