Review of wisdom teeth at Pathum Thani Hospital
Share the second wisdom tooth dissection experience with the first state hospital.
1️⃣ When we first dissected the tooth, we dissected it with a dental clinic. The cost was 3,000 baht. We felt a little expensive because the girlfriend paid all the expenses. So we thought about dissecting the tooth at the state hospital because reading from many places is inexpensive. + With us, there are 3 more teeth to dissect.
2️⃣, so we chose to dissect at Pathum Thani Hospital because it was close to home + with gold card rights. At that time, we thought that if the rights were not covered, it would be cheaper than the clinic, so we found almost everything ourselves because there was not much review here. 😭
3️⃣ the day we made our first appointment was to assess the initial symptoms, the doctor would X-ray our teeth to see if we could dissect them on that day. Which of us, the doctor had to make an appointment. The appointment would have 1. The appointment would have been faster, but there was about 1,000 2. The appointment in time was slower than outside time, but we waited only 2-3 weeks, which was very sensitive, and we didn't rush anything.
4️⃣ the dissection day should come about 15 minutes before the appointment time and eat well. Our first appointment and dissection date is not the same doctor, but the doctor and elder assistant do very well. The doctor keeps talking to make us relax and the doctor will gradually do and rest for a moment. Not done once, because we do not have to gasp for too long. Not hurt, but thrilling when the tooth frame.
5️⃣ When done, sit out and wait to receive the prescription and the appointment sheet. We have to take the prescription to the 4th floor, then wait for the payment and receive the medication.
6️⃣ After about eight hours of dissection, taking a pill is not as painful as when we dissect the clinic. ✨✨

เผื่อใครกำลังหา “ทำฟันโรงพยาบาลปทุมธานี/ผ่าฟันคุดโรงพยาบาลรัฐ” แล้วลังเลว่าจะเริ่มยังไง เรารวบรวมทิปส์ที่ตอนนั้นอยากให้มีคนบอกไว้ให้เลยค่ะ (อิงจากที่เราไปทำจริง) 1) จองคิว/ไปติดต่อยังไงให้ไม่งง ถ้าจองผ่านแอปหมอพร้อมได้ จะช่วยให้เห็นวัน-เวลาและขั้นตอนชัดขึ้น (ในแอปจะมีให้เลือกจังหวัด/โรงพยาบาล/อาการ) แต่ถ้าใครจองไม่เป็น ไปติดต่อที่งานทันตกรรมของ รพ.ปทุมธานีได้เหมือนกัน แนะนำแคปหน้าจอใบนัด/ข้อมูลการจองไว้ เผื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ขอดู 2) ไปครั้งแรกทำอะไรบ้าง (ส่วนมากจะยังไม่ได้ผ่าเลย) รอบแรกมักเป็น “ประเมิน + X-ray ฟัน” เพื่อดูทิศทางรากฟันคุด ความยากง่าย และวางแผนว่าผ่าได้เลยไหม/ต้องนัดวันผ่า เราแนะนำเตรียมคำถามไป เช่น - ฟันคุดเราเอียง/นอนขนาดไหน ต้องกรอฟันไหม - เสี่ยงกระทบเส้นประสาทหรือเปล่า - ควรผ่าทีละซี่หรือผ่าหลายซี่ได้ไหม 3) เลือกนัดในเวลา vs นอกเวลา ต่างกันยังไง จากที่เจอมา “นอกเวลา” จะได้คิวไวกว่าแต่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม ส่วน “ในเวลา” มักรอนานกว่าแต่ประหยัดกว่า ใครไม่รีบมาก ลองเลือกในเวลาแล้วเผื่อวันไว้ จะคุมงบได้ดี (เราเองรอประมาณไม่กี่อาทิตย์) 4) วันผ่าควรเตรียมตัวอะไร - มาก่อนเวลานัดสัก 10–15 นาที เผื่อทำบัตร/ชั่งน้ำหนัก/เรียกคิว - กินข้าวมาก่อน (ถ้าหมอไม่ได้สั่งงดอาหาร) เพราะหลังผ่าเคี้ยวยาก - เตรียมบัตรประชาชน/สิทธิ์บัตรทอง และรายการยาที่แพ้ (ถ้ามี) - ถ้าเป็นคนกลัวมาก บอกหมอตรงๆ ได้เลย หมอหลายท่านจะค่อยๆ ทำและพักเป็นช่วงๆ ช่วยให้ไม่ต้องอ้าปากค้างนาน 5) หลังผ่า: แผลเป็นยังไง ดูแลยังไงถึงหายไว อาการยอดฮิตคือแก้มบวม ตึงๆ และเสียวตอนกรอฟัน (ตอนทำ) หลังทำเสร็จให้กัดผ้าก๊อซตามเวลาที่หมอบอก เลี่ยงบ้วนน้ำแรงๆ/ดูดหลอดใน 24 ชม.แรกเพื่อกันแผลหลุดลิ่มเลือด 6) “ถอนฟันใช้น้ำยาบ้วนปากได้ไหม” ส่วนตัวเราเลือกใช้น้ำเกลืออุ่นๆ กลั้วเบาๆ หลัง 24 ชั่วโมงแรกเป็นหลัก ถ้าจะใช้น้ำยาบ้วนปากจริงๆ แนะนำเลือกแบบอ่อนๆ ไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์ และทำ “เบามาก” ไม่อม/ไม่บ้วนแรง ที่สำคัญคือทำตามที่หมอหรือเภสัช รพ. แนะนำ เพราะบางเคสหมออาจจ่ายน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อเฉพาะให้ 7) ขั้นตอนหลังทำ: รับยา/ชำระเงิน/เก็บใบเสร็จ หลังผ่าเสร็จจะมีใบสั่งยา + ใบนัดตัดไหม (อย่าทำหาย) แล้วค่อยไปยื่นรับยา/ชำระเงินตามจุดที่ รพ.กำหนด เราแนะนำถ่ายรูป “ใบเสร็จค่าใช้จ่าย” เก็บไว้ เผื่อต้องใช้เป็นหลักฐานเอกสารในอนาคต (ของเราเป็นค่าบริการ 30 บาทตามสิทธิ์) 8) อาการแบบไหนควรกลับไปพบแพทย์ ถ้าเลือดไหลไม่หยุดแม้กัดผ้าก๊อซตามคำแนะนำ, ปวดมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ หลัง 2–3 วัน, มีกลิ่นเหม็น/หนอง, หรือบวมลามมีไข้ ให้กลับไปที่งานทันตกรรมของ รพ.ปทุมธานีทันที เพื่อเช็กแผลหลังถอนฟันคุด หวังว่าโพสต์เสริมนี้จะช่วยให้คนที่กำลังหาข้อมูล “โรงพยาบาลปทุมธานี ทันตกรรม / ค่าผ่าฟันคุด โรงพยาบาลรัฐ” ตัดสินใจง่ายขึ้นค่ะ ถ้าได้ไปทำจริงแล้วมาอัปเดตกันได้เลยว่าเจอคิวเร็วแค่ไหน
