Fall weddings are a time to celebrate love amidst the beauty of changing leaves and cooler weather. Creating DIY desserts like mini pies not only saves money but also adds a personal touch to your special day. Using homemade crusts with fruit and pumpkin fillings is a delightful way to delight your guests. Mini pies can be flavored with various fruits—think strawberries, blueberries, or classic pumpkin spice. To ensure freshness, keep them in the fridge overnight before the event. Consider adding decorative elements to your mini pies, such as edible flowers or seasonal spices, to perfectly match your fall wedding theme. These delightful desserts can be served on a dessert table or given as take-home treats for wedding guests, leaving a lasting impression. If you have leftover dough, don't discard it! Create small designs or crinkle toppings to keep your pies looking unique. With a bit of creativity and love, these DIY mini pies will not just fill stomachs but also hearts, embodying the warmth of autumn celebrations.

Hi, I’m planning on doing this for my wedding of 200 guest, how long did it take you to make them and how many muffin tins did you use? Any tips to make it easier?
