😔Im disappointed, anyone else?
Okay so I was SO EXCITED to have won this sweatshirt and when I pulled it out of the package, it was so cute! The only problem is they sent me a size SMALL 😬 and didn’t give me a chance to pick a size 😠it truly just feels like a waste of merch for me because if it had been in a size I could wear (like Large or XL) I would actually be wearing it like every day bcs it’s so cute. I saw that someone else had gotten a large and XL in the sweatshirts so I thought there was hope but boy was I wrong.
Has anyone else had this problem with their merch?
Lemon8 plz give us the option to choose next time so we can wear your merch! I’m disappointed 😔

Merchandise shopping should be an exciting experience, but size issues can turn anticipation into disappointment. If you've ever received an item that doesn't fit, you're not alone. Many customers have expressed frustration when they are unable to select their preferred size. A survey from the brand's followers indicates that customers prefer personalized options when ordering, which would enhance their satisfaction. Size representation in marketing is essential; it not only impacts direct sales but can also affect a brand's reputation. Companies should prioritize giving customers the ability to choose sizes, as it fosters trust and caters to diverse body types. By implementing feedback features, like post-purchase surveys, companies can gather essential data on consumer preferences, enabling a better shopping experience in the future. Additionally, sharing stories about sizing concerns can help create a supportive community. Building conversations around these experiences can empower customers and encourage brands to listen and react to their needs more effectively. Consumers often seek transparency regarding sizing, so here's hoping brands like Lemon8 will prioritize giving customers more control over their purchases moving forward. When you receive an item that you can't wear, it's about more than disappointment; it's about a missed opportunity to enjoy a beloved product. So, let's advocate for better choices in the merch we purchase!

THEY DON'T LET YOU CHOOSE SIZE? They should definitely add the sizing question to the google from. Getting a size that doesn't fit you has to be the worst because you don't even get to enjoy wearing it.
