Study Break
I know many people don’t read French but if you can find this book in English, it’ll change your life!
Not everyone likes reading, you can paint, go for a walk, meditate … but don’t study continuously because you’ll end up burnt out fast.
This semester I’m taking AP 223 but I’m also familiarizing myself with BIOL 251 for the summer and I am taking my GED cz French high school degree isn’t accepted in my community college for some odd reason.
No worries we got this though. We are motivated and nothing will stop up, our future selves will thank us when we reach our goals. #studyingmotivation #collegereflection #prenursingstudent #anatomyandphysiology @Las Vegas
Taking study breaks is essential for maintaining motivation and productivity during your academic journey. Engaging in activities beyond traditional studying can significantly enhance your learning experience. For instance, relying on hobbies like painting, walking, or practicing meditation allows your brain to recharge, improving focus when you return to your studies. Many students, like yourself, find themselves navigating challenging courses, such as AP 223 or BIOL 251, and balancing multiple responsibilities. Acknowledging the value of rest and leisure is crucial; it helps prevent burnout—a common issue plaguing students today. With demanding class schedules and the pressure to excel, prioritizing time for relaxation can be just as important as your study sessions. Moreover, aiming for long-term education goals, such as obtaining your GED, requires resilience and patience. Embracing a supportive community, whether online or in person, can foster motivation and accountability. Seek out platforms related to your studies, like #studyingmotivation, #collegereflection, and #prenursingstudent, where shared experiences and resources can inspire your progress. Remember, finding that perfect balance between work and downtime isn’t just beneficial for academic success; it also enhances your overall well-being. The better you manage your time and energy, the more prepared you'll feel to tackle your educational aspirations.
