Let’s talk coochie wellness😻

Hey guys! I thought this would be a helpful post to make as finding things that can improve your health and wellness is always nice!

These are some of the products that I like to use and that have been beneficial for me!

Cotton Undies- I love wearing cotton as I have found it to be the best material for my body and especially my 😽

Coochie deodorant- this product is from summer’s eve and I like to use it usually along with the wipes just to reassure myself that I am smelling fresh and good down there!

Coochie wash- I use this everytime I shower, it is one of my favorite products that I have found! If I ever feel like my ph is disturbed or anything is going wrong I make sure to use this!

Wipes- I love having wipes to use after I use the bathroom, while I’m on my period, and after sexy time! Helps me stay clean if I can’t take a shower right away!

Cranberry pills- helps prevent utis and helps with overall coochie wellness

Monistat 7- this is what I like to use for when I have yeast infections and it is a 7 day treatment. I have seen in different places where the higher the number the better the results so this is the one I recommend!

Extra tips: drink water, evaluate your diet, clean yourself good, and stay away from harmful products specifically for coochies!

... Read moreHey everyone! Building on my initial tips for coochie wellness, I wanted to dive a bit deeper into why these practices are so important and share a few more insights that have truly helped me. It's all about understanding your body and giving it the gentle care it deserves! First off, let's talk more about pH balance, which is super important for vaginal health. Our bodies naturally maintain a slightly acidic pH, which helps keep bad bacteria and yeast in check. When this balance gets disrupted, that's when you might start noticing issues like itchiness, unusual discharge, or a funky smell. Things like harsh soaps, douching, antibiotics, and even some types of sex can throw off your pH. That's why using a gentle, pH-balanced wash (like the one I mentioned!) is a game-changer, but also remember that less is often more when it comes to cleaning down there – warm water is usually all you need for internal cleansing. The goal is to support, not strip away, your body's natural defenses. Diet and hydration play a bigger role than you might think! Beyond just drinking water (which is crucial for flushing out toxins and helping prevent UTIs, as the OCR highlights for cranberry benefits), what you eat can make a difference. Incorporating probiotics, found in foods like yogurt or supplements (like the Summer's Eve product with probiotic in the OCR!), can help maintain a healthy balance of good bacteria in both your gut and your vagina. On the flip side, reducing excessive sugar intake can also be beneficial, as yeast thrives on sugar. Regarding clothing, those breathable cotton undies are truly non-negotiable! The OCR mentioned how they allow your coochie to breathe, and it's so true. Synthetic fabrics and overly tight clothing can trap moisture and heat, creating a perfect environment for yeast infections to flourish. Opt for loose-fitting clothes whenever possible, especially during workouts or hot weather. Finally, while products like Monistat 7 are lifesavers for treating yeast infections, it's also important to listen to your body and know when to seek professional advice. If you're experiencing persistent discomfort, unusual symptoms, or frequent infections, don't hesitate to consult a doctor. They can help identify the root cause and recommend the best course of action. Remember, taking care of your intimate health is a journey, and these tips are here to empower you along the way. Stay well, gorgeous!
