The trigger of the Murasugi Onsen trip
It was a one-person hot spring trip this time ✨ It was a hot spring trip of 2 nights and 3 days ✨
Last year I did not go on a trip at all, I am a person who loves nature and I really want to travel a lot. This year is the long-awaited journey I thought ✨ I had a big event and my illness recurred at the beginning of the year, and I wanted to refresh myself once.
As I read books, studied, and practiced various treatment methods, my intuition worked when radon radium was good, and I wanted to change it to the pleasure of taking care of my body as a result of this illness rather than being sad. I heard the voice of my heart that I did not want to do the hospital treatment method, and I wanted to decide what to do with my body by myself. The hospital teacher was a good person and I am grateful, and even if I refused, he called me and asked me, "Do you really need to treat me?" I told him that I was okay. If you don't want to feel uncomfortable within yourself, it's important to really talk to yourself. Not everything the other person says is correct for you.
I read a lot of books that my body recovered and got better at the radon radium hot spring, and I was encouraged. I have been supported by people who have the same experience like that, and I think that there are other ways for people who are suffering from illness or poor physical condition or holding it alone, or who are uncomfortable with hospital treatment, and I think that I should go to the radon hot spring once.
Illness is not evil, I think that any event has some awareness and learning ☺️ There are various ways to take care of your body just by not knowing it.
I went on a trip this time, away from my usual life, touching nature 🪿, taking a walk in the forest (good for the body), warming up in the hot spring and taking care of my body, eating delicious rice was really refreshing ✨
Since I was alone, it was a valuable time including talking with myself and excitement to places I had never been ✨
I want to see various worlds while taking care of my mind and body from now on ✨
Thank you ✨
