Well, let me tell you, I've absolutely fallen in love with Cajun Shrimp Deviled Eggs, and they've become my go-to for parties and even just a fancy weeknight snack. This isn't your grandma's deviled egg recipe – we're taking it up a notch with a spicy, savory kick and juicy shrimp! Here’s how I make these irresistible bites. First things first, you'll need a dozen large eggs, about half a pound of medium-sized shrimp (peeled and deveined), a tablespoon of your favorite Cajun seasoning (I love to make my own blend of paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme), a quarter cup of mayonnaise, a tablespoon of Dijon mustard, a splash of apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste, and a sprinkle of fresh chives or paprika for garnish. My secret to perfect hard-boiled eggs every time?
