Ice Cream Bingsu for the Summer !!
📍Taichi Bubble Tea at Decatur only has Bingsu!!!
I recently popped into Taichi Bubble Tea in Decatur, GA, looking for a refreshing treat, and let me tell you, it was a fantastic find! If you've ever wondered about that delightful 'bubble mouth' sensation – that unique blend of chewy, creamy, and refreshing – this place absolutely delivers. Their Ice Cream Bingsu is truly something special. I tried both the strawberry and mango ice cream bingsu, and they were exactly as described: "light, creamy, and refreshing, like eating a sweet cloud." The shaved ice is so finely textured it just melts in your mouth, leaving a delicate sweetness. It’s not overly heavy, making it the perfect dessert to cool down on a warm day. The fruit toppings were fresh and vibrant, adding a lovely tang to the creamy base. It's a dessert experience that truly captivates your palate. Beyond the bingsu, I also indulged in their Icey Jasmine Fresh Milktea. This drink was a delightful surprise – "super refreshing and floral," it felt "like Jasmine tea got a creamy upgrade." The subtle floral notes of the jasmine paired wonderfully with the creamy milk, creating a harmonious and invigorating beverage. It’s the kind of drink that makes you pause and savor each sip. But Taichi Bubble Tea isn't just about sweet treats! For a quick lunch option, I decided to try a few savory items. The Sushi Burrito really stood out. Packed with "super fresh salmon and tuna" and a kick of "spicy Mayo," it was a delicious and satisfying meal. It’s a convenient way to enjoy fresh sushi flavors on the go. I also gave their Chicken Ramen a try. The "chicken was tender and well seasoned," which was a plus. However, in my personal opinion, "the broth was just okay, and the egg is a little bit too salty for my taste." While it wasn't my favorite ramen ever, the chicken itself was good, so if you're in a pinch and craving ramen, it's an option. Overall, Taichi Bubble Tea in Decatur is definitely a spot worth visiting, especially if you're craving an authentic and incredibly refreshing ice cream bingsu or a unique bubble tea. It's a lovely place for a sweet escape or a quick, fresh lunch. Next time you're near Emory or in the Atlanta foodie scene, make sure to check out their bingsu – it’s an absolute must-try!
