📍Pho Dai Nam in Duluth, GA

⭐️bún bò Huế : The broth has a orangish color, but the flavor is actually lighter and more delicate than it looks. It’s lemongrass-forward, gently savory, and warming without being heavy or greasy.

The toppings were my favorite part: brisket, Vietnamese sausage, and pork blood with a soft, jelly-like texture that a lot of places don’t do well.

One downside for me was the noodles , a bit too soft and they break easily.

Overall still a solid bowl if you like a cleaner, less intense version of bún bò Huế.
