私が神楽坂で「和スイーツ食べたい！」となった時、いちばん頼りになったのが神楽坂茶寮 本店でした。飯田橋から歩いて行ける距離感で、東京大神宮でお参りした流れの“ごほうびタイム”にちょうどいいんです。入口の暖簾をくぐった瞬間から、石畳の雰囲気も相まって気分が上がりました。 ■神楽坂茶寮 本店メニューの選び方（迷ったらコレ） 私のおすすめは、まずは食事系なら「12種のおばんざい御膳」。小鉢がずらっと並んで彩りがきれいで、写真映えも◎。内容は日によって少し変わる印象ですが、煮物・豆腐・焼き魚系などがちょこちょこ食べられて、甘いもの前の“胃の準備”にもぴったりでした。ボリュームはしっかりあるので、和スイーツも欲張る日は友だちとシェア前提で選ぶのもアリです。 甘味は、迷ったら抹茶系のパフェ（抹茶アイスが主役の層になっているタイプ）を推したいです。濃い抹茶の苦みと、クリームやフルーツの甘さのバランスが良くて、最後まで飽きにくいのが嬉しいポイント。写真を撮るなら、窓際や明るい席で上からだけじゃなく横から層を写すと“それっぽく”撮れました。 ■伊勢茶寮って？と聞かれたら 検索で「伊勢茶寮」が出てくることがあるのですが、私は“伊勢のお茶や和の甘味を楽しむ文脈”で見かけました。神楽坂茶寮も、抹茶・和紅茶などお茶と甘味の相性を楽しめるので、探しているニーズはかなり近いと思います。「神楽坂でお茶×和スイーツ」を叶えたい人は、まず神楽坂茶寮 本店のメニューを見て決めるのが早いです。 ■和紅茶（紅しぐれ）でカフェ時間を格上げ 甘いものを食べるとき、私はコーヒーより和紅茶派でした。鉄瓶で出てくるセットは雰囲気が良くて、淹れ方カードが付いていたのも親切。抹茶スイーツの“濃さ”を、和紅茶のやさしい香りがふわっと整えてくれます。 ■混雑回避のコツ（体感ベース） 週末ランチどきはかなり並びやすいので、開店直後か、逆に遅めランチ（14時台〜）にずらすと入りやすかったです。東京大神宮→神楽坂茶寮の順で行くなら、お参りを朝にしてから移動すると、待ち時間が短くて一日が気持ちよく回せます。 ■神楽坂で和スイーツをもっと楽しむ歩き方 食後は神楽坂の裏路地を散歩するだけでも満足度が上がります。夜の石畳は特に雰囲気が出るので、時間が合えば“明るい時間にカフェ→日が落ちたら裏路地散歩”の流れが個人的に最高でした。歩きやすい靴だけは忘れずに（坂道、地味に効きます）。
