Thanks to the blue in the back, my face has a ruddy color, so I'll put it on this one.
Cream type blush is better than powder type because it is easier to reflect in the photo!
I have double cheeked with cream blush ✖ ︎ powder.

免許更新の写真って、背景が青っぽいこともあって顔色が一気に持っていかれませんか？私はそれで毎回「げっそり」「のっぺり」になりがちだったので、写真の日は“普段よりやりすぎ”くらいを目標にしています。 まず結論、写真で一番差が出るのはベースメイクでした。細かいシミを完璧に消すより、クマの影を飛ばす方が「疲れて見えない」ので優先度高め。コンシーラーは厚塗りにすると割れやすいので、薄く重ねて境目をスポンジでぼかすのが安心です。あと日焼け止めはマストですが、ツヤが強すぎるタイプだとテカりっぽく写ることがあるので、上から軽くパウダーで押さえると失敗しにくいです。 次に“血色命”。免許の写真は血色が飛びやすいので、私はクリームチーク→パウダーチークのダブル使いが定番。頬の高い位置だけじゃなく、少し広めにふんわり入れると健康的に見えました。リップも同じで、淡い色だと顔の中心がぼやけるので、唇の縁を軽く整えてから色をのせると立体感が出やすいです。 そして影の仕込み。写真はラメが飛んで見えにくいので、キラキラで盛るよりマット寄りでメリハリを作る方が写りやすい印象でした。ブラウン系でフェイスラインや鼻筋の影を軽く入れて、ハイライトもラメではなくマット（または繊細なもの）を選ぶと“のっぺり回避”しやすいです。 アイメイクは、まつげがある人（マツエク含む）は特に「足しすぎると濃く見える」ので、私は目尻だけラインで締めることが多いです。証明写真は真正面＆フラットに撮られるので、普段の盛り耐性よりシンプルめが安全でした。 最後に、よく聞かれる「免許更新って化粧していいの？」ですが、基本的にOK。ただし顔を隠すような前髪・濃すぎる影・強いカラーコンタクトは、本人確認で不利になることもあるので注意しています。コンタクトはいつもの度数・自然な色が無難。服装は顔色が沈みやすい黒一択より、オフホワイトや明るめカラーを選ぶと血色が残りやすい気がします。 どう頑張っても“盛れない日”はあるけど、ベース＋血色＋影の3つを押さえると写真の事故率は下がりました。免許更新前日の自分に伝えたいポイントです。
