「絶対崩れないファンデ（プチプラでも！）」を探して、下地・パウダー・ミスト…と“崩れ防止アイテム”を増やしたのに、結局夕方にはヨレる。私もまさにこの沼でした。いろいろ試して分かったのは、真夏って皮脂より先に“水分不足”で土台が負けてる日が多い、ということです。 夏は汗、紫外線、クーラーで肌の中の水分がどんどん奪われます。体が水分不足なら肌だって水分不足。乾燥してゴワついた状態だと、リキッドファンデや下地が均一にのらず、時間が経つほどムラっぽく崩れやすくなりました。しかも乾燥してるのに表面だけ皮脂が出てくるから、「崩れ防止」コスメを重ねるほど相性が悪く感じることも。 私が落ち着いた“朝のルーティン”はこれです。 1）洗顔後すぐ化粧水を2回に分けて入れる 一気にドバっとではなく、手で押し込むように2回。ここでケチらないのがポイント。 2）化粧水パック（トナーパック）を3〜5分 コットンを化粧水でひたひたにして頬・額に。シートマスクより手軽で、肌がふっくらしてトーンアップもしやすかったです。 3）油分は“少なめ”、でもゼロにしない 夏は軽めの乳液やジェルでOK。ベタつくのが怖くて保湿を切ると、逆に崩れやすくなりました。 4）下地→リキッド→パウダーは薄く重ねる イニスフリーの化粧下地やリキッドファンデーション、チャコットのリキッドファンデーション／パウダーファンデーションみたいな人気アイテムでも、厚塗りだと崩れが目立ちます。少量ずつ、薄く。 5）崩れ防止ミストは“直がけ厳禁” 顔に近づけて濡らすとヨレやすいので、空中に噴射してふんわり纏う感じに。乾くまで顔を触らないと、密着感が上がりました。 「化粧崩れ防止 最強」を探す前に、まずは水分チャージ。肌がたっぷり水分を含むと、メイクのりも仕上がりもふっくらツヤっとして、崩れても汚く見えにくくなります。夏下地が崩れない状態を作る近道は、意外とスキンケアの“保水”でした。
