グリーンアイシャドウって可愛いのに、「一重だと腫れぼったく見えそう」「派手になりそう」で眠らせがち。私はまさにそれで、でも秋になるとカーキや土色が着たくなって、思い切ってグリーンメイクに再挑戦しました。結論、ポイントを押さえると一重でも全然いけます。 まず大事なのが“色を濁らせない”こと。グリーンを主役にしたい日は、ベースカラーを重ねすぎない方がきれいに出ました。特に発色をしっかり出したい時は、指塗りがおすすめ。まぶたに「貼り付ける」イメージで少量ずつ置いていくと、ムラになりにくいです。 次に「奥行き感」。一重はグラデが消えやすいので、目尻側半分にだけグリーンをふわっとのせて、目のキワ（まつ毛の生え際）をストーングレーや締め色ブラウンで引き締めると急にまとまります。グリーン単色で頑張るより、“つなぎ役”にグレーやコクのあるブラウンを挟むのが一番失敗しにくかったです。かっこいい一重メイクに寄せたい日は、締め色を少し長めに入れると雰囲気が出ます。 水色ラメを合わせる時は、広げすぎないのがコツ。私は黒目の上〜目頭寄りの「目玉が出ているところ」にだけポンっと置くと、輝度と透明感が出て立体感が盛れました。ラメが強い日は、下まぶたは控えめにしてバランスを取るとマスクでも目元がうるっと見えます。 プチプラで挑戦するなら、まずは単色のグリーン or グリーン入りパレットから始めるのが安心。いきなり鮮やかグリーンが不安な人は、カーキ寄り・くすみグリーンを選ぶと肌なじみが良くて日常使いしやすいです。 最後に、涙袋をしっかり作りたい派は、カラーを盛る日ほど涙袋は“明るすぎない”方が大人っぽく仕上がりました。手持ちの涙袋パレットを使うなら、影色はきちんと入れて、明るい部分は細めに。グリーンメイクの日は「盛る場所を決める」と一気に垢抜けます。
