Recently, I feel like I’ve gotten a bit of my motivation back. The 75 Soft is a square on my Vision Bingo Board.
Within the 75 Soft, I’ve added some of the other goals on my Vision Bingo Board too so I don’t forget about them.
My main focus while creating my Bingo Board and my 75 Soft Routine is making things “simple and doable”.
I am a very motivated person and love to “go hard or go home” but in this phase of my life with a toddler and family; I tend to get overwhelmed.
So this is a very different territory for me but I’m hoping I can look back and say “slow and steady wins the race!” while at the same time build healthy habits that I can be proud of.
Wishing everyone luck in reaching their goals and aspirations!! 🪩✨🌸
The 75 Soft Challenge has captured the attention of many looking to set achievable wellness goals, especially at the beginning of the year. This challenge encourages participants to incorporate simple, manageable tasks into their daily routines. Key aspects of the 75 Soft include drinking sufficient water, committing to 30 minutes of intentional movement daily, and setting aside time for personal reflection, such as journaling about gratitude. Creating a Vision Bingo Board can be an effective way to visualize aspirations and maintain focus on one's goals. This process allows for a holistic approach to personal development, where individuals can track their progress in various areas of their lives, from health to family activities. Many find that by sharing their goals and experiences within communities online, they remain motivated and accountable. It's essential to tailor your goals according to your lifestyle, especially when balancing family life, as mentioned in the journey through the 75 Soft Challenge. Strategies like meal prepping, planning no-spend weekends, and engaging in free family activities can greatly enhance the experience and keep you on track. Overall, the 75 Soft Challenge promotes the philosophy of 'slow and steady wins the race', which is crucial for sustainable growth and habit formation.
