My High Oura Score Sleep Routine & Home Finds 🎀
A few weeks ago, I got an Oura Ring and I have been super into looking at all the tracking insights that it has. The one thing that stood out to me the most was the sleep score which I was continuously scoring low on lol.
I got the ring kinda knowing that my sleep was horrible so I knew that I had to do something to improve it. Here are a few of the things that brought my sleep score up from the 70% that it was to the consistently high 80% to 90% that I score now:

🛏️ Hatch Alarm Clock: I got my hatch alarm clock for Christmas and it’s one of the older models, but it still works the same. Honestly, any sunrise alarm clock would be super helpful to any sleep routine because it wakes you up so gently and a lot of them produce white noise throughout the night.
