I used to feel like I was constantly on the verge of getting sick or developing a sickness.

I would wake up with horrible stomach pains, bloating, constipation, low energy, and random shaky feelings from what was most likely my blood sugar.😥

Working out felt impossible because I had no time nor energy, and honestly, I didn’t know where to start… but I knew something had to change. ⬇️

It all started with taking an at-home test to see where I had inflammation in my body. I was shocked by my results.

From there, I started taking natural vitamins and supplements to help reduce inflammation, and little by little I started feeling better and noticing many changes in my body. 😭

More energy. Less bloating. Less discomfort and the best of all loosing weight naturally 🙌🏼 of course it didn’t happen so fast…

I had to learn to be consistent , I had to start loving myself enough the way I was to actually change it. ❗️Appearance should be the least of our worries❗️

What’s worrisome is how many health issues we slowly allow into our bodies without realizing it, when so much may be PREVENTABLE

So let me ask you this…❓💭

Would you wait until sickness arrives… or would you start taking preventative care now? #preventativecare #vulnerableweight #naturalvitamins #inflammationhealing

... Read moreManaging inflammation is often overlooked but crucial for overall well-being. When I first started experiencing symptoms like bloating, constipation, and low energy, I didn’t realize they were connected to inflammation within my body. Using an at-home inflammation test was a game changer because it pinpointed the root cause, which guided me toward natural vitamins and supplements that supported my healing process. It’s important to note that inflammation can arise from various sources such as poor diet, stress, and lack of sleep. Incorporating anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric, ginger, leafy greens, and omega-3 rich fish into my daily meals complemented the supplements and helped reduce discomfort. Staying hydrated and avoiding processed foods also made a significant difference. One key takeaway from my experience is the importance of patience and consistency. Natural healing does not happen overnight, but small daily habits accumulate over time. I also found that building a supportive routine around mindfulness and gentle physical activity helped stabilize my blood sugar and improve my overall energy levels. Lastly, loving and accepting yourself as you go through this journey is vital. Focusing solely on appearance is less important than feeling healthier and more vibrant inside. Preventative care through testing and natural solutions can empower you to take control of your health before sickness can take hold.
