Remember this — if you tell big ideas to small-minded people, they won’t get it. They’ll discourage you, and sometimes they’ll even make you doubt your original plan and purpose. Get around some dogs. Get around people who out-earn you. Get around people who are smarter than you. All of that is necessary for your growth.
