I cannot stress this enough. Consistency in your training matters.

I’ve been doing God-tier lifts since the beginning of my fitness journey, and I still do them. Everybody in this generation loves variety — new workouts, fancy moves — but that’s not how the body grows.

Growth comes from consistent lifts and progressively increasing the challenge — whether that’s by adding weight, slowing your tempo, shortening your rest periods, or increasing your time under tension.

You don’t need as much variety as you think. You need a plan.

You need structure.

You need guidance.

Stop experimenting. Start training with intention.

... Read moreProgressive overload is a fundamental concept in fitness that emphasizes the gradual increase of stress placed on the body during exercise. For those serious about building strength and muscle, mastering this principle is more important than chasing the latest workout trends. One practical example is lifting goblet weights, like the 100lb goblets, which demonstrate how incrementally adding weight challenges your muscles effectively. Consistency is equally crucial. Without a structured plan, it's easy to fall into the trap of constantly changing exercises without making measurable progress. Instead, refine your existing lifts by increasing their intensity—whether by adding weight, decreasing rest periods, slowing down the lifting tempo, or increasing time under tension. Many fitness enthusiasts underestimate the value of simplicity. You don't need a vast variety of exercises; rather, you need to focus on key 'God-tier' lifts that recruit multiple muscle groups efficiently. These lifts, done repeatedly with progressive overload, teach your body to adapt and grow stronger. Stop experimenting aimlessly. Develop a clear, progressive training plan supported by proven principles. Track your workouts consistently, strive to improve in measurable ways each session, and keep training with intention. This disciplined approach will ensure sustainable progress and long-term success in your fitness journey.
