The phrase "I choose myself so deeply that the self belief can be felt so purely" really hits home because it highlights the importance of cultivating an inner strength that isn’t dependent on external validation. For me, this meant learning to say no to situations and people that no longer served my growth or aligned with my values. It was a challenge, especially when it involved letting go of old friendships or habits that once comforted me but eventually felt limiting. Gradually, I stopped punishing myself for evolving or outgrowing aspects of my life, which opened up space for greater self-compassion. One powerful shift was moving away from waiting for others to affirm my worth. Understanding that I am enough on my own was liberating—and this mindset shifted my reality toward the version of myself I always aspired to be. This involved shedding distracting doubts and projections from others and focusing solely on loving myself through my own lens. If you’re on a similar path, embracing self love season means offering yourself patience and kindness. Reflect on your experiences—the good and the bad—as opportunities to connect deeply with who you truly are. Self love isn’t about perfection; it’s about wholeheartedly accepting yourself and nurturing your own growth. Remember, no one else’s opinion defines your worth, so trust your inner voice and choose yourself with unwavering belief every day.
