It’s not a glamorous job but someone has to do it. Reorganizing my emergency food and checking all of the expiration dates. I eat 99% of the items in this box. I have a few things in there for use in a pinch, that I wouldn’t normally eat.

I’ll keep a list on my fridge so that I can “shop” from this box as expiration dates near. And I’ll be storing it in my root cellar with my water storage.
