here’s my day in the life as a college student with ADHD! I work at my college but i have a wonderful job that allows me WFH days. These are my favorite to rest and recharge but still have little bits of productivity!

WFH reduces sensory overload, enabling focused productivity within the comfort of home. Many students find that implementing structured routines helps them stay on task. Scheduling specific time for studying, breaks, and meals creates a balanced approach that enhances both mental well-being and academic performance. Additionally, engaging in relaxing activities during WFH days, like stretching, snacking, or even snuggling with pets, can help recharge one’s energy levels. Remember, making the work environment enjoyable is key to maintaining motivation, whether studying online or taking part in virtual classes.
