Mental Health Sticker
Hey everyone! I wanted to share something really personal and empowering I've been working on: mental health stickers, especially one that says 'I Got Mental Issues.' For a long time, I felt like I had to hide my struggles, but creating these stickers has been such a freeing experience. It's about taking ownership and saying, 'Yes, I'm going through stuff, and that's okay.' It's a reminder to Be Proud Of Who You Are, no matter what mental health journey you're on. I used my Cricut machine for this project, and it was surprisingly easy! If you're thinking about diving into DIY stickers, a Cricut is fantastic. First, I designed my phrase, 'I Got Mental Issues,' in a cool font. Then, I added some little illustrations that resonated with me – maybe a tiny heart or a calming wave. After that, I printed it onto special sticker paper (make sure it's waterproof if you want to put it on a water bottle!). The Cricut then cuts out the design perfectly. It's such a satisfying process, and seeing your own creation come to life is incredibly rewarding. These stickers aren't just decorative; they're conversation starters and little affirmations. Every time I see my 'I Got Mental Issues' sticker on my laptop, it reminds me that vulnerability is strength. It also subtly signals to others that I'm an open-minded person who understands that mental health is just as important as physical health. It's a small way to combat the stigma that still surrounds mental health. Beyond this specific phrase, there are so many other ideas for mental health stickers you can make. Think about quotes that inspire you, symbols of peace or resilience, or even simple words like 'Breathe,' 'You Are Enough,' or 'Progress Not Perfection.' Imagine having a collection of these empowering messages around you – on your journal, your phone case, or even your mirror. It's a constant stream of positive reinforcement, especially on tough days. I really encourage you to try making your own. It's not just about the end product; the process itself can be a mindful and therapeutic activity. Plus, you get to personalize them exactly to your taste, making them truly yours. Let's create a world where discussing Mental Health is normal, and expressing our authentic selves is celebrated. What phrases would you put on your mental health stickers?
