私は2児の母として、今の家計は変わりゆく環境にいかに対応するかが大切だと実感しています。2026年は特に、税制や支援制度の見直しが多く、静かに変化していくので気づきにくいですが、知らないと損をしてしまう場合もあります。 例えば、年収の非課税ラインが約160万円から約178万円に引き上げられることで、パートや副業をしている方の手取りが増え、働き方の見直しがしやすくなるかもしれません。私自身、副業を続けてきて、この変化は家計管理にプラスになりそうだと感じています。 また、給食費の補助が自治体差はあるものの、国から月5,200円程度の支援が受けられるようになるのは、家計の固定費軽減に大きな助けとなります。子育て中の家庭にとってはありがたい支援です。 住宅ローン減税の延長と拡充も要注目。省エネ住宅や中古、リノベーション住宅も対象になるため、マイホーム購入やリフォームを検討している方には追い風です。私もこれを機に省エネリフォームを検討し始めました。 さらに、企業型確定拠出年金（DC）の拡充が検討されていることは、将来の資産形成の選択肢が増えるチャンス。老後の生活設計をじっくり考えながら、自分に合った積立方法を選びたいですね。 子ども・子育て支援金が社会保険料に上乗せして導入されることで、子育て世帯を社会全体で支える仕組みづくりが進みます。一方で教育資金の贈与の非課税枠が縮小し、2027年からこどもNISAが始まる予定なので、教育資金の準備方法も変わってきます。 最後に、物価高は一時的なものではなく新しい日常と捉え、無理のない節約や賢い資産運用を心掛けることが必要です。私も家計見直しのために日用品の買い方や光熱費の節約を意識しつつ、今後の変化に柔軟に対応できるよう情報収集を続けています。 これらの変化はすぐに行動しなければならないわけではなく、「知っている」ことが選択肢の幅を広げ、未来を豊かにします。家計管理に関する情報は日々更新されるので、定期的に振り返りをしながら、自分と家族に合った方法を選べるようにしたいですね。
