「コレオロジーとは？」が気になって調べつつ実際に使ってみた感想を、もう少し具体的にまとめます。私は“食事を我慢するダイエット”が続かないタイプなので、外食や揚げ物の日の「お守り」感覚で取り入れました。 まずコレオロジーカットパウダー（粉末）。ピンク色のサラサラ顆粒で、無味無臭なのがいちばん助かりました。私は主に【脂っこい・高カロリーになりがちな食事】のタイミングで使っています。おすすめの使い方は、①食事に振りかける（からあげ・ピザ・パスタ・クリーム系など）、②飲み物やヨーグルトに混ぜる、③時間がない日はそのまま口に入れて水で流す、の3パターン。味が変わらないのは本当に便利ですが、ピンク色が料理の見た目に出るので、色が混ざっても気になりにくいメニューに使うのが無難でした。 次に「効果 効能」については、医薬品ではないので“飲めば痩せる”というより、食生活の工夫を支えてくれるイメージで捉えると期待値がズレにくいと思います。私の場合は、外食の罪悪感が少し減って、結果的に食事管理が続けやすくなりました。体脂肪が気になる時期こそ、こういう続けやすさって大事だなと実感。 そしてコレオロジーカットゼリー。ぷるぷるで弾力があり、チアシードのつぶつぶ感がしっかりあります。ザクロ味がジューシーで、私は【食後のデザート代わり】か【小腹が空いた時】に食べることが多め。冷やすとさらに食べやすくて、甘いものを食べたい欲も落ち着きました。 最後に、Qoo10で買うなら「いつ使うか」を決めておくと失敗しにくいです。私は、パウダー＝脂っこい食事の日、ゼリー＝間食置き換え・食後の満足感用、と役割を分けたら習慣化できました。どちらもスティックタイプでポーチに入れて持ち運べるので、職場や旅行でも続けやすかったです。
