Fall weekend, a digital detox trip for a change 🚙💨

When I went to Kitashinshu on a day trip, I was surprised that the temperature was 18 degrees 🥶! The wind was cold and I rushed to a nearby footbath ♨️

This was also the most comfortable and soaked into my cold body 🥹💓

Roadside stations and direct sales shops are in full bloom 🍎🍇🍄

Glossy apples, fresh grapes, and crunchy highland vegetables are lined up, and just looking at them makes me feel happy ✨

I bought some and came back, so I'm going to enjoy the taste of autumn at home 😋

It was a fluttering day trip, but I was able to refresh in nature. Next time I want to go on a relaxing hot spring trip in the autumn leaves season!

北信州は秋の訪れとともに豊かな自然の恵みが楽しめるスポットがたくさんあります。特に道の駅「北信州やまのうち」は、地元の新鮮な秋の味覚が集まる人気の場所です。私も訪れた際には、つやつや光るりんごや濃厚な甘さのぶどう、シャキシャキの高原野菜をたっぷり購入しました。これらは自宅での食卓を華やかにし、季節感を感じさせてくれます。また、急な気温の変化で冷えた体には、湯田中駅近くの足湯が大変ありがたかったです。足湯に浸かることで血行が促進され、旅の疲れも和らぎます。訪れる際は、ぜひタオルや替えの靴下を持参すると快適に過ごせますよ。さらに北信州には、紅葉が美しい温泉街や地獄谷野猿公苑など観光スポットも多彩。今後は紅葉シーズンに合わせた温泉宿泊もおすすめです。私自身も次回はゆっくり滞在して、秋の景色と温泉を堪能してみたいと思っています。自然の中でデジタル機器から離れて過ごす時間は、心と体のリセットに最適。皆さんも北信州の秋旅で、豊かな味覚と温かな足湯に癒される休日を体験してみてはいかがでしょうか？
