Weightloss Check In!!!
Cue the happy tears!!! 🥹
1 year ago I hit my first big goal of getting back in the 200s. I was so proud to weigh in at 299 (down 70lbs!) I haven’t seen the 2s in years and to finally say that I was out of the 300s was such a big accomplishment for me!
Today I weighed in at 214lbs (down 156lbs!) So freaking close to ONEDERLAND!!! I’m so proud of my journey and all that I’ve accomplished and all that I will continue to do!

Tracking weight loss progress over time, as shown in the recent weight check from July 23, 2025, to July 23, 2026, can be massively encouraging and motivating. From personal experience, one of the most important factors in a successful weight loss journey is setting achievable short-term goals that build confidence and create momentum. For example, breaking the initial weight goals down into milestones like dropping from 300+ pounds to below 300, then targeting the 200s, helped maintain focus and celebrate each victory. Another key aspect is finding a supportive community—whether online or in person—that understands the challenges and shares motivation. Joining movements or hashtags such as #glp1journey and #weightlosstransformation fosters a sense of belonging and accountability, which makes the journey less isolating. It’s also essential to recognize the psychological impact of weight loss milestones. Hitting a number like 299 pounds after years of struggle can feel deeply emotional and validating. These milestones prove that perseverance pays off and inspire continued dedication to healthier habits. Consistency in tracking progress, celebrating every small success, and staying motivated through fitness and nutrition goals all combine to create sustainable change. Personal experience shows that focusing not only on the scale but also on how your body feels, your energy levels, and self-confidence can be incredibly rewarding. If you’re on a weight loss or fitness journey, remember that each person’s path is unique. Setting realistic goals, embracing the ups and downs, and finding joy in progress can help you maintain motivation. Keep checking in with yourself regularly, and celebrate every win, big or small. Your story, just like this one, can inspire others to start or continue their transformation.
