Every day, for my work, housework, childcare
or nursing care, or partnerships

I feel that there are many people who desperately have a high desire to improve.

日常生活の中で、私自身も「既にあるという感覚」を持つことが、心の安定に繋がると実感しています。忙しい中で「ちゃんとやらなきゃ」と肩に力を入れてしまいがちですが、時にはそのプレッシャーから離れて「ただ見届ける人」になることが、想像以上に心を解放してくれます。 私が特に印象に残っているのは、色鉛筆の贈り物のように、誰かの丁寧な気遣いや平等なチャンスが日々の支えになるということです。色鉛筆の品質や長く使える芯の頑丈さ（例：3.3mm芯）に象徴されるように、こうした小さな贈り物は、繋がりや豊かさを感じさせ、自分もまた誰かに心を向けるきっかけになると思います。 また、コミュニケーションの中で相手の意見を尊重し、無理に変えようとしない姿勢は、対人関係のストレスを軽減し、自分自身を「等身大」で受け入れることに繋がります。その結果、自分と周囲の人々が本来持っている良さを心から認め合えるのです。 このような心持ちは、私の生活にも温かなメッセージや支えとなり、新たな前向きな気持ちを生み出しています。皆さんも、自分の中に既にある豊かさや感覚に目を向けて、無理に何かを求めるのではなく、心が自然と湧き上がることに正直になる時間を持ってみてはいかがでしょうか。そうすることで、日々の忙しさの中でも、もっと自分らしく軽やかに過ごせるかもしれません。
