All while recovering from a few screws in my ankle and and new ACL. It’s so important to just keep posting!
Recovering from an injury such as ACL reconstruction and having screws in your ankle can be physically demanding, but staying consistent with your content creation is key to growth and motivation. From my experience, it’s important to embrace imperfection and not stress about every video being pre-recorded or flawless. Over the past year, I've learned that steady posting—even when energy is low—builds trust with your audience and improves your skills over time. To avoid burnout, focus on making the process easier rather than more complicated. Simplify your setup, plan simple ideas, and allow yourself short breaks without guilt. Trust the process and value progress over perfection. Sharing personal challenges and recovery journeys can also create authentic engagement with your followers, making your content more relatable and meaningful. Remember, consistency in posting content while managing recovery not only keeps your creative momentum alive but also helps maintain a positive mindset during tough times. So keep creating and posting, no matter how small the steps—your dedication will pay off.
