HE is always in control
There are moments in life when everything seems uncertain and overwhelming. During such times, I have found that pausing to breathe deeply and reminding myself that “He is always in control” brings an unexpected sense of peace. This phrase is not just a comforting thought but a powerful affirmation that helps me regain balance amid chaos. When I say the words, “God, I know it’s your plan. Just help me through it,” I acknowledge that I am part of a larger picture that I may not fully understand. This act of surrender is incredibly freeing. Instead of trying to control every detail, I focus on what I can do in the present moment, trusting that the outcome will unfold as it should. Incorporating this mindset has improved my resilience. I’ve learned to pause, close my eyes, and take deep, intentional breaths whenever I feel overwhelmed. These small, mindful actions help me return to a state of calm and clarity. It’s also helpful to journal my feelings or talk to someone I trust about my struggles, reinforcing my faith and perspective. Embracing the belief that “He is always in control” doesn’t mean I ignore challenges or avoid taking responsibility; rather, it empowers me to face difficulties with courage and patience. It reminds me that I am not alone, and there is a purpose behind every twist and turn, even if it’s not immediately obvious. If you are navigating uncertain times, try this approach: slow down, breathe deeply, and affirm your trust that you are being guided. This practice can help you release anxiety, focus on what you can control, and find comfort in knowing you are supported through every step of your journey.
