Zinnia angustifolia, or some people call it narrow-leaf synnia, is a flowering plant that is easy to raise and flowering all year round, very suitable for planting in pots or garden ornamental plots.

1. Planted soil
• Use old manure-infused loam + black husk or well-drained sui loam.
• Do not like waterlogging because it will cause root rot
2. Sunshine
• Requires at least 6 hours of sunshine per day
• If planted in too shade, the flowers will bloom less and the tree will stretch.
3. Watering
• Watering 1-2 times a day (morning-evening), depending on soil moisture.
• Should be soaked but not soaked
4. Fertilizer
• Add slow-melt fertilizer or formula fertilizer (15-15-15) every 2-3 weeks
• Or use biological compost water / organic fertilizer to accelerate flowers
5.Trim
• Always sprinkled flowers will help to break new shoots and have more flowers.
• If the start is very high, it should be trimmed to reduce stretching and excitation.
6. Propagation
• Seed in a seeding tray or small pot. Once grown, move into a large pot.

ถ้าใครกำลังหา “ดอกไม้สีฟ้าสดใส” ไว้ปลูกในกระถางแบบมินิมอล ๆ เราแนะนำให้เริ่มจากเลือกพันธุ์ที่ “ทำสีฟ้าได้จริง” และเข้ากับสภาพอากาศบ้านเราก่อน เพราะดอกสีฟ้าบางชนิดจะซีดง่ายถ้าเจอแดดไม่พอหรือดินชื้นเกินไป พันธุ์ดอกไม้สีฟ้าที่ปลูกกระถางได้ (และเจอบ่อยในไทย) 1) อัญชัน (ดอกฟ้า/น้ำเงิน) – โตไวมาก เหมาะกับคนอยากเห็นผลเร็ว แต่เป็นไม้เลื้อย ต้องมีค้างหรือรั้วให้เกาะ แดดจัดยิ่งดอกดก 2) บลูเดซ (Blue Daze) – ดอกฟ้าสดใสแบบแต้มสีท้องฟ้า ปลูกกระถางแล้วห้อยลงสวย รักแดดและไม่ชอบแฉะ 3) พลัมบาโก้/พยับหมอก (Plumbago) – สีฟ้าอ่อนอมฟ้า ปลูกเป็นพุ่มได้ ตัดแต่งทรงง่าย เหมาะทำมุมสวนเล็ก ๆ 4) ลาเวนเดอร์ (บางสายพันธุ์) – โทนม่วงอมฟ้ามากกว่าฟ้าจ๋า ต้องแดดจัด ลมโกรก และดินโปร่งมาก ๆ ไม่งั้นจะโทรมไว ทริคให้สีฟ้า “สด” และดอกออกเรื่อย ๆ (ใช้ได้กับหลายชนิด) - แสงคือหัวใจ: ถ้าอยากได้สีชัด ให้แดดอย่างน้อย 6 ชม./วัน คล้าย ๆ หลักเดียวกับไม้ดอกที่ต้องแดดจัด ถ้าแสงน้อย ดอกจะน้อยและสีซีด - ดินต้องโปร่ง ระบายน้ำดี: สูตรที่ใช้แล้วเวิร์กคือดินร่วน + วัสดุโปร่ง (เช่น แกลบดำ/กาบมะพร้าวสับ) เพื่อกันรากเน่า โดยเฉพาะหน้าฝน - รดน้ำแบบเช็กดินก่อน: เราชอบใช้นิ้วจิ้มดินลึกประมาณ 1 ข้อนิ้ว ถ้าแห้งค่อยรดให้ชุ่ม แต่ไม่ปล่อยให้น้ำขังในจานรอง - ปุ๋ยแบบพอดี: ถ้าอยากเน้นดอก ใส่ปุ๋ยละลายช้าหรือสูตรเสมอทุก 2–3 สัปดาห์ (อย่าเข้มเกินไป เดี๋ยวใบพุ่งแต่ดอกน้อย) - เด็ดดอกโรย/ตัดแต่ง: เป็นวิธีง่ายสุดที่ช่วยกระตุ้นให้แตกยอดใหม่และออกดอกต่อเนื่อง เลือกกระถางและตำแหน่งวางยังไงให้ “มุมฟ้าสดใส” ถ่ายรูปสวย - กระถางสีขาว/ครีมช่วยขับสีฟ้าให้เด่นมาก วางริมหน้าต่างหรือระเบียงที่แดดถึง - ถ้าเป็นไม้พุ่ม ให้หมุนกระถางสัปดาห์ละครั้ง กันเอียงเข้าหาแดด - หน้าฝนควรยกกระถางให้สูงขึ้นหรือเลี่ยงจุดที่น้ำไหลรวม ลดปัญหารากเน่า ถ้าตั้งใจปลูกให้ดอกแน่น ๆ ต่อเนื่อง แนะนำลองเริ่ม 1–2 กระถางก่อน แล้วค่อยเพิ่มพันธุ์ที่ชอบ สีฟ้าจะออกมา “สด” แบบที่เห็นในรูปได้ง่ายขึ้นมากค่ะ
