私が行く前に気になってたのが「外観どんな感じ？入りにくくない？」ってところ。Alchemist Aoyamaはガラス張りのモダンな外観で、入口まわりもすっきりしていて写真映えします。オープン直後はお祝い花が出ていたりして“今っぽい新店感”が強め。青山〜渋谷の散歩ルートに入れやすいので、表参道エリアでおしゃれカフェを探している人にも刺さると思います。 入店してまず感じたのは、店内がシンプルで導線がわかりやすいこと。コーヒー豆やカップなどの物販棚も整っていて、コーヒースタンドらしい雰囲気です。メニューはタイミングによって変わるかもですが、私が見た日はパン中心で、ガラスケースにクロワッサンなどが並んでいました。「フードがパンのみ」と聞くと物足りないかな？と思ったけど、コーヒーと合わせる軽食としてはちょうどよかったです。 席は“丸いテーブル＋ベンチ”が基本で、1人でも座りやすいのが嬉しいポイント。特に2階のイートインは植物のプランターを囲むような配置で、都心なのに自然を感じられてかなり癒し系。写真を撮るなら、2階のグリーンが入る角度がおすすめです（人が増える前の朝が撮りやすい！）。 外観撮影のコツもメモしておくと、昼はガラスの反射が強いので、少し斜めから撮ると店内の雰囲気が写りやすいです。逆に“外観をかっこよく”撮りたいなら、真正面よりも建物のラインが出る位置から引きで撮るとスタイリッシュに見えました。 最後に実用面。支払いはキャッシュレスのみなので、行く前に要チェック。混雑は私が平日朝に行った時はかなり落ち着いていて、まだ「知られてない穴場」感がありました。青山で外観も内観もおしゃれなカフェを探している人、静かにコーヒー休憩したい人におすすめです。
