「TRASPARENTE il Fiore」って名前で検索すると、系列や店舗がいくつか出てくるので、私は行く前に“中目黒・モーニング・サンドイッチ専門店”まで一緒に確認してから向かいました。場所は中目黒駅から本当に近くて、朝の散歩ついでに寄りやすい距離感。入口まわりやテラスに植物があって、朝の空気と相性がいいタイプのカフェでした。 私が特に良かったのは、モーニングプレートのクロワッサン。バターの香りがふわっと立って、表面はサクッ、中はちゃんとふわっと。スクランブルエッグとベーコン、サラダが一皿にまとまっているので、甘い朝ごはんが苦手な人にもおすすめです。パンはクロワッサンか、くるみ食パンが選べるので、リピするときは食べ比べしたいなと思いました。 フレンチトーストプレートは、見た目以上に軽くて食べやすかったです。しっとりふわとろ系で、メープルをかけても甘すぎないのが嬉しいポイント。そこにベーコンの塩気が入るので、甘じょっぱ好きはかなり刺さるはず。写真を撮るなら、木製テーブルにプレートが映えるので窓側や明るい席が狙い目です。 席はテーブル席が多くはないので、週末は早めの時間が安心。私が行った日は9:30頃で店内はほぼ埋まりかけでしたが、テラスは比較的空きがありました。天気が良い日はテラスがいちばん気持ちいいと思います。店主さんがワンオペで忙しそうなタイミングもあったので、急ぎの人は時間に余裕を持って行くのが◎。 ドリンクはコーヒーや紅茶、ジュース系まで選択肢が多めで、食事に合わせて選びやすい印象でした。朝ごはん→中目黒散策の流れが作りやすいので、「中目黒でちゃんとおいしいモーニングがしたい」ときに、TRASPARENTE il Fioreはかなり使えるお店だと思います。最新の営業時間や提供内容は変わることもあるので、行く前に公式情報もチェックしておくと安心です。
