「京橋でおしゃれカフェを探してる」「ALCHEMIST Kyobashiって実際どう？」と思っている人向けに、私が行って感じた“使い勝手”を補足します。結論、木の温もりと植物のグリーンが多くて、都心なのにちょっと休憩できるオアシス感がありました。 まず席選び。店内は大きめの共有テーブルが中心なので、1人作業でも入りやすい反面、タイミングによっては相席感が出ます。静かに過ごしたい日は、壁際の小さめテーブルや窓側の席が落ち着きやすい印象でした。窓際は外光が入って写真も撮りやすいので、パン・オ・ショコラやラテをきれいに残したい人にもおすすめです。 モーニング目的なら、早めの時間帯が安心。私は朝に行くと、焼き菓子（クロワッサンやメロンパンなど）がショーケースにしっかり並んでいて選びやすかったです。パン・オ・ショコラは見た目より軽い食感で、コーヒーと合わせると朝でも重く感じにくいのが嬉しいポイント。甘さが強すぎないので、コーヒーの味を邪魔しません。 ドリンクは「White」を選ぶ人が多そうですが、苦味とミルク感のバランスが良くて、ラテ好きでも満足しやすいタイプだと思いました。ブラックが得意じゃない人でも挑戦しやすいので、初訪問の一杯にちょうどいいです。コーヒー豆やタンブラーなどの物販もあるので、気に入ったら自宅用に買って帰る流れもできそう。 設備面で知っておくと楽なのが、コンセントは“一部のみ”という点。充電前提で長居するよりは、サクッと朝活や待ち合わせ前の一息に使うイメージが合います。あと、トイレが店内ではなく外（エスカレーターを上がった場所）なので、先に場所を確認しておくと慌てません。 アクセスは京橋駅から本当に近いので、銀座・日本橋エリアのカフェ巡りに組み込みやすいです。「京橋 カフェ おしゃれ」で探している人の、次の一軒候補にちょうどいいと思います。
