「余暇（yoka）って実際どう？」「目黒のとうもろこしトーストは並ぶ？」が気になって行ってきたので、初めて行く人向けにポイントを補足します。写真で見た“絶品とうもろこしトースト🌽”はビジュアルだけじゃなく、粒のシャキシャキ感と甘みがしっかりで満足度高めでした。 まず行き方は、目黒駅から徒歩7分ほど。私は迷いやすいので、到着10分前くらいに地図アプリを開いて、建物名（シモメアパートメント）まで確認して向かいました。外観は派手すぎないので、初見だと通り過ぎないように注意すると安心です。 混雑については、日によってかなり差がある印象。私が行った時は列なしでしたが、SNSで話題になっているメニューの時期は並ぶこともあるみたいです。確実に「目黒 余暇」で狙いのメニューを食べたいなら、予定が決まった段階で予約しておくのがいちばんストレスが少ないと思いました。席は1時間制なので、到着が遅れるとバタつきやすい点も意識すると◎。 オーダーの体感としては、とうもろこしトーストは“甘い系”というより、ホワイトソースとバターのコクで食べる食事系。とうもろこしの香ばしさがしっかりあるので、ドリンクはすっきりめ（ハーブティー）か、香りで合わせるならアールグレイが相性良かったです。別のカフェ後でも食べ切れたので、「ちょい食べ」目的にも向いていました。 店内は淡色系でカウンター中心、席数も多くはないので長居目的より“静かにさくっと美味しいものを食べる”感じ。横並びの2名席が使いやすく、荷物入れがあるのも地味に助かりました。テラスもあるので、天気がいい日は雰囲気込みで楽しめます。 注意点はキャッシュレスのみなところ。私は直前まで現金派だったので、行く前にカードかQR決済を準備しておいて正解でした。あと、お水とおしぼりがセルフなので、席に着いたら先に取りに行くとスムーズです。 最後に、期間限定メニューは提供期間や内容が変わることがあるので、訪問前に公式情報をチェックするのがおすすめ。「余暇 カフェ」で迷っている人や、「目黒 とうもろこしトースト」を確実に食べたい人の参考になればうれしいです。
