Why I got sober

I woke up one Sunday and decided I had enough of my own crap and was going to do something about it. It has by far been the most challenging but rewarding experience I’ve had. God is so good to me and I want to be my best self for Him, my spouse and my children. I’m no expert and I’m just taking it one day at a time! I look forward to Sunday mornings and I no longer desperately hate Mondays. 🩷

5 MONTHS SOBER
Best life choice I’ve ever made ✨ It’s been a journey to say the least… but I’ve grown so much in the last 5 months, this time last year I would’ve laughed at you if you told me that I’d see the day that I’d be sober & thriving. I truly felt like I had no other options but to self medicate
