If itā€™s excess puking and not just morning sickness (sounds like it from puking 11 times in one day) make sure to purchase b12 vitamins as well as prenatal. Itā€™s likely your body isnā€™t getting proper nutrients. If youā€™re still going through it, I recommend going to the er for iv drip.
