... Read moreWorking with Richard on our 4-room resale HDB renovation was truly a gratifying experience. From the initial consultation, he focused on maximizing space to suit our family’s lifestyle, especially ensuring the rooms were spacious enough for our children to play freely. As we have two active kids who love cricket, Richard thoughtfully incorporated ample storage for their sporting equipment, which is often bulky and heavy. This level of personalized attention made a huge difference. Throughout the renovation, communication was seamless and effortless. Whenever we requested adjustments, Richard addressed them promptly, which I greatly appreciated. He also offered expert advice, such as using warm lighting to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere within the home. We decided on a calm and simple color palette, following his suggestion for a design that feels sweet and uncluttered. Our favorite spot is the studio room, where I spend most of my time working. It also serves as a comfortable area for guests to relax and chat, reflecting the welcoming vibe Richard aimed to cultivate. The end result is a beautifully finished home that we love coming back to every day. Overall, Richard’s professional approach combined with his creative design solutions and responsiveness made our $100K renovation project smooth and enjoyable. If you want a designer who listens and delivers practical yet stylish spaces tailored to your family’s needs, Richard is an excellent choice.
