Workout is done!
Today is day 2 of working out!
I did full body mobility, hip flexors, feet and ankles, and upper body strength training💪
I’m hoping🤞that I don’t get sick this time around since every time I start working out I get sick within the first week. I didn’t push myself too hard and stuck to lower weights.
Working out consistently can greatly improve your overall health and fitness. On day two of my workout journey, I focused on full body mobility exercises, which are essential for enhancing flexibility and easing muscle tension. Mobility exercises, particularly for the hip flexors, feet, and ankles, can aid in improving your range of motion and decrease the risk of injury during more strenuous workouts. It’s common to worry about getting sick when starting a new workout program, as your body is adjusting to physical stress. To combat this, consider easing into your routine with lighter weights, as I did, to help your body acclimate. Additionally, maintaining proper hydration and nutrition is key in supporting your immune system. Remember, listening to your body and allowing yourself rest days when needed is just as important as the workouts themselves. Incorporating rest days can lead to better recovery and sustained motivation. As you advance, integrating varied strength training techniques can lead to improved results and keep workouts exciting. Let’s stay committed to our fitness goals together!
