🍵 Matcha Latte Crepe Cake

. Whipped cream 600 ml
70 grams of icing sugar
. 5 grams of matcha powder.
40 ml of condensed milk

1) Make Crepe Powder
Sifting Cake Powder + Matcha Powder + Salt Together
Whisk the eggs and sugar together. Add fresh milk, melted butter and vanilla.
Gradually put the dry stuff. Poor man silky.
Rest the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes (the dough will be soft, crepe not lacking)
2) Fry crepe sheet
Use an 8-inch teflon pan.
Pour a thin dough, fry a soft fire.
About 18-22 plates
Stay cool.
3) Make matcha cream
Whisk whipped cream + icing sugar + matcha + fresh condensed milk
Beat until set the soft peak (not too hard)
4) Cake assembly
Place 1 sheet of crepe → thin cream slash
Repeat until exhausted.
Smooth face. Chilled for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle a thin layer of matcha powder.
