Beyond the stage, I was so impressed by the supportive environment. The pageant staff were genuinely so helpful with everything, from guiding us through transitions to offering words of encouragement when we needed them most. And the other girls? Oh my goodness, all the girls in this pageant were so sweet and supportive of each other. We quickly formed a bond, cheering each other on and sharing laughs backstage. It felt less like a competition and more like a sisterhood building up to the grand finale. Even though I didn't hear my name called for the crown at the finale, and yes, I did not win, y'all, the feeling of accomplishment was immense. It wasn't about the title for me anymore; it was about the journey. I gained so much confidence, learned invaluable stage presence, and made connections that I truly cherish. This experience taught me that winning isn't always about the prize at the end, but about the growth and memories you collect along the way.
