On the contrary, cities like London and Lisbon offer flexibility that make them ideal for solo travelers. Exploring London by myself allowed me to wander through vibrant neighborhoods, visit diverse museums, and indulge in local food at my own pace without compromise. Lisbon’s charming hills and quiet cafes became my sanctuary, perfect for slow mornings and spontaneous detours. Bali is another destination that shines when experienced with friends, especially for those seeking a relaxing getaway. Villas, beach clubs, spa days, and sunset excursions combine in a way that’s tailored for group enjoyment. It felt like the perfect setting for a girls’ trip or family vacation, where shared moments mattered most. South Africa stands out for its dual appeal. Cape Town’s urban vibes worked wonderfully for solo explorations, filled with hiking and city life. Meanwhile, safari tours and wine country trips became richer when shared with companions, bringing excitement and shared memories amid stunning landscapes. Ultimately, there’s no one right way to travel. I did a solo trip to Paris and Rome in 2015 and it was amazing!! Though there were times I was wishing my fiancé was there with me experiencing the views and beauty but he had no interest in going at the time until he saw all my photos and fun haha
