Explosive Curry Udon
(Ingredients)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
・ 1 bag of frozen udon (180g)
· Pork belly or pork top 70 ~ 80g
・ 1 serving of curry roux
★ Mentsuyu (3 times concentrated) 2 tsp
★ 1 / 2 teaspoon oyster sauce
★ 200ml of water
・ Small onions to your liking ♡

How to make
① Put udon, pork belly and roux in a heat-resistant container
Put ★ directly on the roux
② Wrap gently and lentin
600w 5 minutes (500w 6 minutes)
③ Mix the whole while melting the roux and put the pork down
④ Wrap again and lentin 600w 3 minutes
(500w 3 minutes 40 seconds)
⑤ Make sure the pork is cooked.
Complete with small green onion topping!

同じ「レンジカレーうどん」でも、作ってみると意外と失敗しやすいのが“ルーの溶け残り”と“豚肉がかたくなる問題”。私は何度かやらかしたので、うまくいったコツをまとめます。 まず耐熱容器は、なるべく深さのある大きめが安心です。加熱中にぐつぐつして吹きこぼれやすいので、容量に余裕があるとラク。うどん（冷凍うどん）を入れたら、豚バラor豚こま70〜80gはできるだけ広げてのせるのが大事で、重なりが多いと火の通りムラが出やすいです。 次に「カレールー1かけ」は、うどんの横に置くより、上に置いて★の水200mlを“ルーに直接かける”のがポイント。これをやると、レンチン後に混ぜたときルーがスッと溶けて時短になります（溶け残り防止）。めんつゆ（3倍濃縮）小さじ2＋オイスターソース小さじ1/2は、レンジ調理でも味がぼやけにくくなるので、正直この組み合わせはかなり好きです。 加熱は「600W5分→混ぜる→600W3分」が基本ですが、レンジによって熱の入り方が違うので、2回目の加熱前に一度よく混ぜ、豚肉を下に沈めておくと火が通りやすいです。もし豚肉がまだ赤い場合は、30秒ずつ追加でレンチンして様子見がおすすめ。 アレンジも便利で、玉ねぎを入れるなら“冷凍スライス玉ねぎ”が時短。甘みが出て、カレーうどんが一気にお店っぽくなります。辛さを足したい日は、仕上げに七味やラー油を少し。逆にまろやかにしたいときは、牛乳を大さじ1〜2だけ足すと食べやすくなりました（入れすぎると薄まるので少量が◎）。 最後に、洗い物を減らしたい日は「そのまま食べられる大きめの耐熱どんぶり」で作るのが最強でした。小ネギをのせるだけで見た目も味も締まるので、時間があるときはぜひトッピングしてみてください。
