★ 1 bag of frozen udon

★ Minced pork 60g

★ 50 ml of water

· Mapo bowl source 1 bag (Maruha Nichiro)

・ Small onion appropriate amount

· Hot spring egg 1 piece

・ Sesame oil, chili oil to your liking ♡

私もよく忙しい日のランチや夜ご飯に、このレンチンだけで完成するうま辛麻婆うどんを作ります。冷凍うどんを使うことで茹でる手間が省け、豚ひき肉と麻婆丼のもとを使うことで味付けも超簡単です。加熱時間は600Wで6分、500Wなら7分10秒が目安ですが、ひき肉が重ならないように広げてから加熱するのがポイントです。こうすることで均一に火が通り、食感もよく仕上がります。また、麻婆丼のもとは辛めの味付けなので、私の場合は必ず温泉卵をのせてマイルドに調整しています。仕上げにごま油やラー油、小ネギをトッピングすると香りが立ち、より本格的な味わいに。個人的には粗挽きの山椒を少しかけると、ジャリッとした食感と爽やかな香りが加わってお気に入りです。食べる時にごま油をちょっと回しかけると風味がアップしておすすめです。このレシピはレンチン6分でできるカンタンさと、うま辛の後引く味わいのバランスが絶妙で、作ると必ず家族や友人にも好評です。さらに、保存しておくとレシピを見返すのも楽で、忙しい日常の味方にもなります。豆腐やもやし等他の具材を足しても美味しいので、いろいろアレンジしながら楽しんでくださいね。レンジひとつで手軽に作れるうま辛麻婆うどん、ぜひあなたも試してみてください！
