Tonkotsu style udon

・ 1 bag of frozen udon

・ Thinly sliced pork belly (or pork top) 50-60g

★ 2 teaspoons each of chicken and miso

★ 1 teaspoon sesame oil

★ Garlic tube 2 ~ 3cm

★ Water 180ml

50 ml of milk

・ 1 teaspoon mayonnaise

・ Small green onion, pickled ginger, roasted sesame seeds ♡
