New Castle, VA | Small-Town Travel

We visited this small town that is about an hour from where we live over Labor Day weekend. We typically love to camp alongside the creek, kayak, and fish. This trip we also explored a local coffee shop, and we will definitely be going back!

This is a really neat place to visit if you are ever in the area and is close to the Appalachian trail!

With places like Bibos for pizza, Pine Top for a hearty breakfast, and Lemon & Vale Cakery for delicious coffee and baked goods, dining in New Castle is both delightful and diverse. For a unique experience, don't miss the Swinging Bridge Restaurant, known for its welcoming atmosphere and local cuisine. As visitors flock to this quaint town, they can enjoy a leisurely pace while exploring local shops and cozy coffee spots.
